No business is truly diversified without an investment arm, and Rabiah & Nassar Group has a
strong Investments division, which focuses on several different sectors to support
other business units.

Rabiah & Nassar group has built an empire and earns lease income from real estate, a main division of the strategic business
unit that builds and leases schools, builds residential properties in Riyadh and Khobar, builds and
manages office complexes all across the kingdom of Saudi Arabia as well as the RANCO farm.

Created to provide leadership and support to the development of Saudi Arabia in all fields, this particular
division played a critically important role in preliminary design and overarching project
management of engineering and construction projects.

Part of the focus of Rabiah & Nassar Group’s strategic vision is to expand not only
internationally, but also to leverage the relatively depth of
the organization to infiltrate verticals.
